Developed by Genr8, Rochdale Borough Council and Rochdale Development Agency, Upperbanks has also seen the development of a 146-bed Hampton by Hilton alongside the residential blocks.
Located next to the Rochdale Riverside retail and leisure project, the Upperbanks development forms part of the town centre regeneration, delivering brilliant buildings and creating community environments.
TACE carried out the Stage 4 design for both the Hampton by Hilton hotel and the build-to-rent development. We are currently involved in a checking capacity, which includes checking drawings, liaising with Hilton, carrying out site inspections, and witness testing as the scheme nears completion.
