Team time in the Peaks

Last week we wrapped things up a little differently by heading out together for a walk through Cave Dale in Castleton. The sun was shining, the views were stunning, and it felt great to step away from desks and screens to enjoy some fresh air as a team.

These moments outside the office are more than just a change of scene. They give us the chance to connect with each other, share ideas in a relaxed setting and strengthen the bonds that make collaboration easier back at work. Team time in the fresh air is as valuable as any meeting room, sometimes more so.

At TACE, we know that great projects are built on strong relationships. Taking time for activities like this helps us recharge, reflect and return to our work with fresh energy. We’re already looking forward to the next outing.
